Hope Social Service Agency’s annual Domestic Violence Art Expo tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 12

The Hope Social Services Agency (HSSA) is holding its annual Domestic Violence Art Expo in Secaucus tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 12.
Twenty-one artists, including three men, will show art that speaks to suffering domestic violence. HSSA founder Vanessa Estrada began the show as a way to bring to light an issue that affects people every day, she said. Not just Domestic Violence Month, which just ended in October.
The expo will be at Aloft Secaucus, 460 Harmon Meadow Blvd., Secaucus, 07094, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. It’s free to attend.
The Hope Social Services Agency has been registered as a nonprofit since 2014. Its founding mission is to prevent bullying and its terrible effects.
Two years ago HSSA was given a proclamation from then-Hudson County Executive Tom DeGise for its work which includes food giveaways, clothing drives and outreach efforts for youth and seniors alike.
